This is a salary position with salary based on Experience. Salary Range of 32k up to 40K.  Willing to negotiate range for the right applicant.  

Reliable transportation is a Must. Mileage is paid at the IRS Mileage Rate.  In 2025 the  IRS Mileage Rate is .70 per mile. 

Job Description: Duties include Pool Maintence,  Exterior maintenance of properties, drywall repairs, lighting repairs, walkway repairs, small interior repairs and other general maintenance repairs as directed.

Experience in General Maintenance Required.

Hours for this Position are 10 am - 6 pm with a 1 hour lunch daily.   Employee benefits offered after initial 90 day probationary period.
